If an in home computer client calls at 3 PM from Hawaii Kai with a question or computer or cell phone challenge, it’s a lot easier to see the screen to solve the problem than have my in home computer client try to describe what’s going on. Believe me I know having spent a few years doing that. From there it may be a simple remote computer or cell phone fix.

Computers were a hobby of mine when I was growing up in the 1980s, but then became a career in 1996. In 2000, after finishing my Bachelor’s degree, I worked for a small startup in their I.T. department. From there, I went to work for several Fortune 500 companies such as Nike, Comcast, and Fiserv, to name a few - increasing my technological skills, getting certifications, an MBA, and driving a management career path.
